Director Statement

I directed this film during my graduating year at the University of Sunderland. While watching this film, I wanted to bring the viewers on a journey of discovery following the story of Nathan, the main character.

As the story progresses, the viewers are introduced to situations at the same time as Nathan, as he makes decisions that propel the plot forward.

This film is special to me as it proved to elicit many different emotions and takeaways from audiences, and as a director, that has always been my goal. It is also special to me as this film was made able by the generosity and help of location sponsors and the public. Despite filming during Covid and an extremely tight deadline, we conducted our filming safely with Rapid Antigen Tests and meticulous planning. We hope you enjoy!
