Becca E. Davis is an entertainment attorney with an emphasis in copyright, trademark and media litigation. She has written and directed eight short films, and acted in another six. She has been published twice in Chicken Soup for the Soul. Within Defiant Arc Entertainment, she focuses her creative pursuits on writing, producing and editing.

She has an eclectic background of experiences in the areas of marketing, public relations, production, post-production, graphic design, and the law. Prior to obtaining her law degree, she worked with several large entertainment companies, such as Tribune Broadcasting, the Writers Guild of America, HBO, AMC Networks, and Feld Entertainment.
