Beautiful Days

"Waiting", this was the first word that inspired me for making this short film. "Samuel Beckett", he was the artist that completed the first idea. We are people walking on earth waiting for death, this is the philosophy of Samuel Beckett. Birth was death for him. “Don't touch me! Don't question me! Don't speak to me! Stay with me!” , from waiting for Godod. My main characters are two old womans that they live in a beautiful place. They are friends and alone in life. They have each other. They need each other. They don't need to talk, they just need to feel the present of the other woman by their side. One woman believes in God. She needs to believe, because everyone need to believe somewhere. The other woman is different. She is more active with hereself. She believes more in ''Her''. Winnie, Samuel Beckett's main character, is waiting for death with a song. My character she is doing the same thing. Singing before death... She is singing a Greek song, because the short film was shooting in an island "Corfu", at Greece. They both are Greek...
