Director Biography - Payam Ghorbani

My name is Payam Ghorbani, I was born in Tehran, Iran in 1988.
I am a freelance motion graphics designer, animator, photographer, and director.
I was always interested in the combination of strong graphic design, cinematography, and animation, but I didn’t realize I could combine all of my passions into one job.
I don’t consider myself just an animator, or just a designer, or just a Photographer, ... I think of myself as a thinker who can use any medium to achieve whatever story I am trying to convey.
I started making videos in 2009 and enjoy been able to take a script idea and visualizing it in a stylistic and clear manner, so the audience can understand the subject and enjoy the experience.
I always like to share my ideology with others through videos.
In my opinion, Video is one of the best ways to share my ideology with others.
I also experimented with mixed media projects such as film and stop motion.
Some of my projects are advertising But the main body of my works are my video music series and video art.
I work on freelance projects for clients, as seen on my website. Prior to this role, I worked in some advertising companies as a motion graphic designer and idea creator.
My work experience in companies push my design knowledge both technically and theoretically and also improved my connections.
