Director Biography - Stavros Hatzopoulos

Animator Stavros Hatzopoulos was born in Skokie, Illinois before pursuing animation at UW-Milwaukee in 2022. Over the years, Hatzopoulos has done work for several college films and has self-directed his own animated short films. His latest short, Bakteriensymphonie, was selected to play at UW-Milwaukee's Animation Showcase 2025 at the Union Cinema. His main career goal is to work in a major animation studio.
