SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
• Please make sure that all the information provided is accurate.
• You can submit Feature Film / Short Film / Documentary Film / Motivational Music Video in any language.
• If you are submitting multiple films, each film must be submitted as a separate entry.
• English subtitles compulsory for any submission.
• Please observe the running time frames for your submission :
1. Feature Film under 180 minutes - Fiction/Non-Fiction
2. Short Film up to 35 Minutes - Fiction/Non-Fiction/Animated
3. Documentary up to 30 minutes
4. Documentary up to 60 Minutes
5. Music Video up to 10 Minutes
Submission can be done either online or offline.
Film or Music Video Should be in:
MOVIE (1920 X 1080 Apple Pro Res 422 HQ, Apple Pro Res 422) / Mp4 (1920 X 1080 H.264) Format.
For online submission:
Fill the Entry form and provide all necessary details, scan/take photo and attach in email along with 2 posters, trailer, payment receipt and send to bdbraiff@gmail.com
Payments can be made through Bank Transfer (Upload Screen shot/ Snapshot of proof of payment).
To submit the film you may send a downloadable link of your film (youtube.com, Vimeo.com, Dropbox.com or other transfer program) along with the submission form. Payment can be made through Bank Transfer, Cheque/DD (Please enclose proof of the payment along with the rest of submission).

For offline submission :
Entries can be submitted via courier or in person at festival office along with the film Submission Form & DVD / Pen drive (2 copies). Payment can be made through Bank Transfer, Cheque/DD (Please enclose proof of the payment along with the rest of submission). Cost of Mail/Courier will be paid by the sender.
The DVDs must be properly labelled with the Film Title, Submitter’s name and contact, Duration, format and subtitling if any and without any watermarks.
Please test computer-burned DVDs on several makes and models of players before sending.

Terms and Condition :
1. Entries received late or incomplete will be disqualified.
2. Entrants are responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses, royalties, release forms, clearances, and permits necessary to present their work.
3. BDBRAIFF is not responsible for any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, or royalty infringement related to the work.
4. Films must have a completion date of January 1, 2025 or later.
5. Submitter have to submit the completion letter of the Content (i.e. Lab Letter/Censor Certificate).
6. The Feature Film must not be available on the internet or have been broadcast nationally on cable or satellite television prior to the Festival screening with the exception of the Short film / Documentary Film and Motivational Music Video.
7. Films accepted into the festival must arrive with shipping and customs duties or taxes pre-paid.
8. Stated submitter will be considered the contact person for the film and thus will be the only one receiving emails and information regarding the status of the film’s acceptance in the festival. Please be sure you add bdbraiff@gmail.com to your accepted email list.
9. Filmmakers will be notified by 15th February 2026 as to whether or not their film has been officially selected.
10. Submission materials must be delivered together in one package. DVDs and other submission materials will not be returned.
11. All costs for shipping submission materials are the responsibility of the sender. We recommend shipping your DVD in a protective casing, bubble-pack envelope.
12. The Festival is not responsible for any damage to submitted materials incurred in shipping.
13. You may submit more than one film, but each must be accompanied by its own submission form and entry fee.
14. The festival reserves the right to excerpt programmed works up to 3 minutes for television and other
15. Promotional purposes unless specified otherwise.
16. Participants should submit 2 posters of Feature Film / Short Film / Documentary / Music Videos in 30 X 40 Vertical and horizontal both for publicity of Film / Short film / Documentary Film / Motivational Music Video.
17. All Decisions made in Selections, screenings, awards and on the Festival in entirety by the festival Appointed “Selection Committee” will be final.
18. If the Feature Film/Short Film/Documentary Film/Motivational Music Video selected for Screening then contestant should submit the J2k (DCP 2048 x 858 pixel) File Format of Project for Screening. If Contestant is not able to Convert J2k File (DCP 2048 x 858 pixel) then BDBRAIFF will do it for them with a nominal charges according to duration as per requirement of screening theatre.
19. Once selected for screening, the film shall not be withdrawn.
20. All submitted films will be watched and rated by an internal selection committee. This committee will select the films that will be screened at the festival. In a second step the selection committee of Jury will determine Films for screening.
21. The Festival Director reserves the right to exclude films which are not in conformity with aims of the Festival Advertising films are not eligible for participation in any section.
22. Films not presenting sufficient technical qualities for good public screening can be refused after checking of the prints by the internal selection committee of the festival.
23. All films should be without any watermark and advertisement for final screening.
24. BDBRAIFF would be allowed to use all photographs and publicity materials received along with the Entry and the same will not be returned to the entrants.
25. All shortlisted entries will receive a certificate.
26. It is mandatory for the team members of shortlisted films to attend the festival or they can send a representative on their behalf.
