A fantastic festival. My feature documentary screened here and the Programers at BFF arranged for a local Radio Interview to be done before the festival. My first appearance on the Radio, and it was great.

The screening was wonderful, the venue was outstanding, and the moderation of the Q and A was outstanding. The multiple parties, great audiences, networking, and attention the Programmers give your film is second-to-none.

Submit to BFF, you will not be disappointed.

One of my favorite festivals in New York!! I love their enthusiasm and taste in selections, really positioning themselves as tastemakers in film and web. The programmers and festival staff were really lovely to communicate with as well, some of the coolest staff I have met so far. I will definitely be applying here again!

BFF was wonderful! The staff was very communicative and supportive from start to finish and I had a great time meeting both local and international filmmakers at the various screenings and events. I really appreciated the diverse selection of films, the informative and inspiring panels, and the parties were super fun!
The fest was very well organized and the staff was so lovely. They worked so hard and were clearly very passionate about creating a welcoming environment and an unforgettable experience for all their filmmakers and guests.
I’m so glad to have been part of the BFF family and look forward to submitting my work again in the future.

Super cool festival! Opening night screening/party at House of Yes was fantastic, panels were great, and the other (multiple!) parties were terrific. And the programming was off-the-charts, and the local screening venues were top-notch. And the staff is awesome! Highly recommend submitting to Bushwick!

Was a really great festival. And considering it's still as young as it is, it's very well organized with a very supportive and dedicated staff. They work really hard to make sure everyone has a great screening. Also, side note, really great that they purposely program a much more diverse selection of films, in terms of subject matter and backgrounds, than the fare found at most film festivals.
