The Bridgwater and Taunton College Film Festival is an annual celebration of the media of short film. It's aim: to promote and celebrate the work of young people so that it can be shared and enjoyed by their peers and the local community. The Festival gives artists and audiences the chance to enjoy output from fresh creative voices keen to become involved in the creative industries.
After the undeniable success of the first and second festivals in 2016 and 2017, it is returning on the 25th April 2018 to share the latest work of young creatives. Hosted at the McMillan Theatre, Bridgwater, the day will feature screenings from nominated films within the competition categories as well as a showcase of current student's work.

We are inviting short film submissions from young people locally, nationally and internationally. This is an excellent opportunity to screen your work and to be nominated for an award at our ceremony held in the evening.

Bridgwater and Taunton College Film Festival is committed to inspiring film and music makers of tomorrow and celebrating the creative work of young people in Bridgwater and the surrounding communities. We hope that this will be the first of many and look forward to seeing you there.
