  • All participants who submit their film here - you are a great force! In 2022, the Brukivka film festival was transformed into a charity festival to raise funds for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Starting from March 24, 2022 to November 18, 2022, more than 33 events were held and almost 311,000 hryvnias were collected only at the screenings of Ukrainian and international festival films (short films, documentaries and full films).

I want to thank the organization of the Brukivka film festival, and especially its director Andreii Zaiets for his painstaking work and fluid communication with the participants of this great solidarity film competition. For me it is a great pride that the documentary I have produced has received an award: KHUYLO. War in Ukraine, for best feature documentary about the war in Ukraine. A hug for all the participants and all those who have made this prestigious festival possible, and more taking into account the war situation that the country is suffering.
The only thing I regret is not having been able to attend your festival, and I hope to be by your side in future editions
I wish that peace comes soon, and your lives return to normal. Thanks from my heart!
