Director Biography - Guilherme Toscano

Guilherme Toscano is a brazilian director based in Sydney, Australia, with more than ten years of experience in the creative and audiovisual areas.

With a bachelor in Communication, a post-graduation in Audiovisual and a diploma in Screen and Media from TAFE, Guilherme is working his way in the australian film and production market.

Guilherme has worked creating concepts, developing scripts, producing, filming, editing and post-producing a lot of different productions for the advertising industry and the internet. That includes multiple web series, documentary short films, music video-clips, ad campaigns and variety shows.

"Circles", a short drama film produced during the isolation period, got the attention of big names in the australian film industry and was part of the "Isolation Film Festival" promoted by Ritz Cinema. His short film Bonds was also well received by its production value and great script. He also wrote and produce the short movie "Inside" about a young journalist investigating the misterious disappearance of a men, and directed the music video for "Have a Party", a song from the australian rapper Webben.

Guilherme is currently working on a Docu-series called "Broken Pride" about domestic and family violence on a LGTBQI+ community.
