BMT is a company representing the work of Garry Clarkson and Daniela De Moura. We make documentaries, artists films around the themes of memory and displacement, exploring the idea of community whilst depicting a diverse range of subject matters.
We are an artists' film co-op and a community documentary production company for TV and cinema release. Audio-visual promotion of under-represented groups and community cultural activities. We are based in Leeds United Kingdom, the cultural, financial and commercial heart of the West Yorkshire Urban Area, giving voice to local communities, whilst reflecting the city’s strong cultural diversity and global profile. We produce work for the media industry at the same time seeking advice from the very community we portray, who share the proceeds.

“Film is a very, very powerful medium. It can either confirm the idea that things are wonderful the way they are, or it can reinforce the conception that things can be changed.”
