On April 28th, 2018 located in the heart of Downtown Lubbock. We will be closing sections of Broadway Street and Avenue J to create a festival that will engage with the surrounding context, local businesses and abandoned properties. The one-day festival will exhibit Lubbock’s rich art, architecture, music, fashion and film communities based in West Texas.

Films that are chosen will be credited with the following designation:

Short films and Documentaries should follow these guidelines for submission:

Duration should not exceed 15 minutes.
Please contact blnkajamfilm@gmail.com for films that would like to petition for a longer screening.

Films with historical contexts related to Lubbock's downtown are encouraged to submit as well as films involving community and architectural themes.

H.264, 1080p, Minimum 10 Mbps bitrate

All submissions are welcome including student films and submitters will be informed if their film will be screened at the event.
