Director Statement

Inspired by Broad City and the need for trans/nonbinary voices in the TV/film world, BIMBOS gives us a chance to just laugh with two queer people. Though it is important to shine a light on the suffering and inequity trans/nonbinary people face, it is equally important to humanize us through comedy- because we all experience joy through laughter. So, let's laugh with the two clunkiest queers on this side of the Hudson as they try their best but inevitably mess up over and over again.
