BCATEAM - Building Futures And Strengthening Partnerships
The British Columbia Aboriginal Training and Employment Alliance Members (BCATEAM) is the “Go to Body” for Indigenous employment and training initiatives in British Columbia. Our purpose is to increase Indigenous Peoples’ participation in the Labour Market: Developing working relationships with the Province of BC, Ministries, Industry and Government Developing strategic relationships leading to partnerships with Industry and Government Lending expertise to labour market development strategies.
The film was created to address indigenous employment and training in British Columbia. The film is showcasing the work of the BCATEAM and their goals to advance indigenous people to show the pride of the nation to elevate, innovate and inspire first nations in British Columbia through supporting employment for a stronger nation.
