The Azimut Theatrical Festival is organised by Azimut Distribution, an Italian distributor that is bringing the best arthouse feature films to the Italian audience. Check out the website for more info on our titles.

For the festival we will select only 10 short films that will be distributed in Italian cinemas for 3 months, from November until January, with more than 30 screenings all around Italy.
At the end of the theatrical run, in February there will be the AZIMUT AWARDS night, the final event in Rome where a short film from the selection will have the opportunity to win the 500 Euro cash prize for BEST SHORT FILM and other awards.

We believe that short films deserve to be distributed in cinemas just like movies do, that's why we are launching this festival in its 1st edition 2023-2024.

We will select 10 short films from around the world to be distributed in Italian cinemas from November until January, with more than 30 screenings in major Italian cities, among which:

- BOLOGNA
- REGGIO EMILIA
- FLORENCE
