Director Biography - Géraldine Charpentier

I discovered animation when I was twelve and decided to make it my profession, because it brought together my passions for drawing and sound. I started studying at La Cambre in Brussels in 2015. I quickly became interested in the documentary format, and I made my first film, Récit de soi, in 2018. In 2019 and 2020 I wrote and produced a very intimate story called Papa Zaza in the context of my master's degree and my final year’s film.
