The film must have been completed within the last two years and has not been widely screened in mainstream cinemas.

Short films must be less than 60 minutes long, and feature films must be longer than 60 minutes. They can be dramas, documentaries, animations, experimental films, etc.

The film must include English subtitles (if not in English) to ensure that international audiences can understand it.

Participants must own all copyrights of the submitted film and must not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

Submit in digital format, support common video files (such as MP4, MOV).

A high-definition version must be submitted, with a minimum resolution of 1080p.

The work must be accompanied by a brief introduction of the creative team, a plot summary and a poster design.

The film will be scored by a professional jury based on creativity, narrative, technical level, performance, artistic expression and other aspects.

The judging process is fair and anonymous, and all works will be strictly selected according to category and quality.

The shortlisted works will be publicly screened during the film festival and have the opportunity to win awards in different categories.

Submission of works is deemed to be a tacit consent to public screening during the film festival, but the copyright of the film belongs to the producer.

The shortlisted films may be recommended to the international short film platform or other film festivals.
