At The Cross
Bishop Mack must face a dark secret that will destroy his family and perfect reputation as long-time pastor of a multi-cultural church. In the midst of a shabby campaign led by Elder Mack to drive more youth to church, Bishop Mack takes Elder Jimmy and the staff on a rocky journey through opposition, criticism, and love to make a tough decision on who will take over the church in changing times.

Director Temeko Richardson grew up in New York but used her higher education in different urban cities to propel a consulting career with clients all over the world. After securing a project in Southern California, she studied filmmaking and writing at New York Film Academy. However she most often writes in tranquil settings of East Hampton, Edgartown and Manhattan Beach.
Always about making a difference to help others, she started her own original podcasts, The Sports Life and Business As Usual. The first short, Fourth Down (2022), earned 4 awards for best short sport, short screenplay, best supporting actor, and best actress.
With many experiences to tell in short films and features, the goal is to provide valuable lessons that help others.
Bishop Mack and Elder Jimmy represent two generations of religious leaders who have been forced to face personal issues, secrets, and criticism while helping others cope with modern challenges. At the Cross shows how togetherness in the church can transition from a place of criticism to a sanctuary for healing through forgiveness, love, giving, compassion, and empathy. At the Cross shows how an imperfect church can offer a perfect God with unconditional love to all.
