Presented by the Asia Pacific Screen Academy, the Asia Pacific Screen Awards are the region’s highest accolade in film, where cinematic excellence shines. With films from over 78 countries and areas in the region, APSA honours filmmaking that best reflects its cultural origins and the diversity of the Asia Pacific.

Films go through a rigourous selection process and nominations will be announced in mid-October. All nominated filmmakers will be encouraged to attend the Awards Ceremony, and are also inducted into the APSA Academy and eligible to apply for the exclusive MPA APSA Academy Film Fund for script development.

Winners are judged by esteemed jury members and awarded at the Awards Ceremony, to be held on the Gold Coast, Australia on Friday 3 November 2023.
