Director Biography - Miguel Ángel Santacruz Sevilla

I started my background with an awarded short film in the filming school. After this I turned to wedding stories and occasionally some experimental films and documentaries like "Searching for Denia"
Passionate about cinematography, always looking for the moment to take the camera and tell stories. I always start with an emotion and around it I build the story. Filming nature is one of the best exercises to escape the world and feel alive. I tried to show this feeling with my short "Searching for Denia" and "Alone with the sea". The next project, "An afternoon in the garden" the music was the core to create this so intimate story. Later, I took a step to the poetry in motion with "Journey to the stars" and finally with "A sea of woods" I explore new ways in the heart of the nature.
