1st of the month: Submissions open. All 23 categories are available on FilmFreeway.
1st to 20th: Submission window. Jury review begins as entries arrive throughout the month.
20th: Submission deadline. No late entries are accepted under any circumstances.
Last day of the month: Winners announced. Digital certificates issued. Festival showcase updated with winning films.
**Entry Fees: Transparent, Accessible Pricing**

Student, Free ($0 per category): For currently enrolled students in any accredited institution. A dedicated category, AI Student Film, celebrates the next generation of AI filmmakers with no financial barrier to entry.
Gold ($25 per category): A discounted tier offering the full competition experience at a reduced rate. Ideal for independent creators and frequent submitters who wish to enter multiple categories each month.
Standard ($35 per category): The standard submission tier. Each category entered is judged independently by our professional jury, with winners recognized across all submitted divisions.
