ArteSettima Shorts

Ho avuto la fortuna e il piacere di poter partecipare alla seconda edizione di ArteSettima Shorts con il mio cortometraggio "Sbagliando s'inventa" che si è aggiudicato il Premio della giuria con mio immenso stupore e onore. Il festival è stato molto interessante, una selezione di lavori inediti e di alta qualità in una cornice familiare e autentica come quella dell'Angelo Mai. La programmazione è stata ricca di eventi di diversa forma, non solo proiezioni, ma anche musica dal vivo e talk sul cinema contemporaneo. Grazie mille per avermi selezionata! a presto."

Arte Settima è una preziosa rete di persone appassionate, carismatiche e coinvolgenti, che con impegno e determinazione offrono a giovani registi di affacciarsi nel mondo professionale del cinema.
Ho avuto il piacere di parteciparvi con il mio corto Farfalle nello Stomaco e l'ho trovata una bellissima esperienza formativa. Consigliatissimo per tutti i registi emergenti!

We are Giuseppe Circelli and Penelope Zouganeli , directors of the short film ‘Anthology of Nine souls on their way to death’.

It was truly a pleasure to be selected, show our film in Angelo Mai and eventually winning the Editorial Prize in Artesettima Film Festival 2022.

We attended all the days of the festival and watched all films selected. The selection was a diverse collection of films both of International and Italian productions. The screening was captivating and for all tastes which demonstrates how carefully curated the festival is. After the screening, the event featured an eclectic mix of Performances and talks making the experience a full on celebration of art and cinema. The only issue was that all talks are in Italian and some films did not have English subtitles so international submitters should notify the organisers for their arrival.
Otherwise the organisers are creatives themselves that were fully aware of all films and their creators which made us feel included very quickly. All directors that were featured were interviewed on stage and the event was streamed live on Twitch. The winners then had an intimate relaxed couch interview with the organisers fact which was cemented in our memories.

Thank you very much for accepting us in your Family. We will be back.

Un festival fatto da persone che amano il cinema e che vogliono davvero dare una mano ai nuovi filmmaker e non soltanto offrire una vetrina. Bellissima esperienza per il mio corto "Valvonauta", che in collaborazione con ArteSettima ha trovato anche distribuzione su una piattaforma online. Consigliatissimo.
