Art Is Movement

Art is made through the gesture. It physical and visual work is the result of gestures materially transported on a support (thinking about support as what sustains the work of art physically, which gives structure and receives the materials such as ink,pencil,...). But to express the act visually is to give a new perceptible character to the immaterial expressiveness of the body, where the gesture becomes the poetry of the act.And the act of painting can be understood by carrying out this movement in contact with a physical artistic support through some material, through paint, being the passage of something immaterial that also begins to express itself in a visual medium. So, it is possible to imagine and visualize the gestures in the works, lines moving like dancers, with lines traced in ways that make us imagine the movements of feet, knees, wrists, elbows, arms, shoulders, of the whole body.
