Arraial Cine Fest Online

REGULAMENTO

1 - OBJETIVOS
1.1. O Arraial Cine Fest Online - 11ª edição - Festival Internacional de Cinema e Vídeo de Arraial d'Ajuda tem como objetivo principal a partir desta edição consolidar um espaço virtual de exibição e difusão da produção audiovisual nacional e internacional. O Festival visa reunir também diretores, atores e produtores de filmes indicados ao troféu Esquina do Mundo pelos internautas e personalidades ligadas à atividade cinematográfica em festa de premiação.
1.2. Promover através da Internet um espaço de divulgação e difusão da produção e exibição independente de filmes.

2 - LOCAL E DATA DA FESTA DA PREMIAÇÃO
A Festa de Premiação do Arraial Cine Fest Online será realizada em Arraial d'Ajuda na Casa Grande de São Vicente em 05 de dezembro de 2020.

3 - INSCRIÇÃO
3.1. Poderão ser inscritos filmes de todos os gêneros e categorias finalizados a partir de 2016 e que não tenham sido exibidos em salas comerciais ou televisão (aberta, pública ou por assinatura). Não há limite de títulos por realizador e as inscrições estarão disponibilizadas em banner no site oficial do festival www.arraialcinefest.com.br
3.2. As inscrições estarão abertas de 01 de janeiro a 31 de outubro de 2020.
3.3.Todos os filmes inscritos serão postados no site do festival contendo suas referências [cartaz, imagens, ficha técnica, premiações e classificação indicativa (faixa etária) ]. Para tanto o envio de link do filme em plataforma do Youtube, Vimeo, Vevo... é obrigatório!

4. A EXIBIÇÃO DOS FILMES
4.1. Todos os filmes inscritos serão exibidos no site do festival assim que forem inscritos.
4.2. Os filmes estarão dispostos no site por categoria e ordem de inscrição.

5. SELEÇÃO DOS FILMES
5.1. Os 05 (cinco) filmes mais assistidos de cada categoria de cada mês serão avaliados pelo Júri Oficial, que será composto por um nº ímpar de pessoas de reconhecido conhecimento audiovisual e cinematográfico e que indicarão os 03 (três) melhores filmes de cada categoria até o dia 15 de novembro de 2020.

5.2. Com o tema TELA DE GENTE as categorias dos filmes são:
5.2.1. Gente que luta! > filmes de todos os gêneros e tempo de duração abordando ações de pessoas que labutam por melhor:
* Educação
* Saúde
* Meio Ambiente
5.2.2. Gente que faz a História! > filmes de todos os gêneros e tempo de duração abordando ações de pessoas que contribuíram para o desenvolvimento humano:
* No Brasil
* Na América Latina
* No Mundo
5.2.3. Gente que faz Arte! > filmes de todos os gêneros e tempo de duração abordando artistas:
* Da Música
* Da Dança
* Da Arte Plástica
5.2.4. Gente de algum lugar! > filmes de todos os gêneros e tempo de duração abordando ações de pessoas que atuam:
* No Turismo
* Na Gastronomia
* Na Arquitetura
5.2.5. Gente como a Gente! > filmes de ficção com qualquer tempo de duração nos gêneros:
* Drama
* Comédia
* Suspense

5.3. Dos filmes indicados o Júri Oficial elegerá o melhor filme de cada categoria que receberá o troféu Esquina do Mundo criado e confeccionado exclusivamente pela a artista e escultora Viviane Janczur.

REGULATION

1 - OBJECTIVES
1.1. Arraial Cine Fest On Line – 11th edition - Arraial d’Ajuda International Film and Video Festival has as main objective, from this edition on, to consolidate a virtual place for exhibition and broadcasting of national and international audio-visual production. The Festival also aims at gathering directors, actors and producers of the nominated films for Esquina do Mundo (Corner of the World) Award selected by Internet users and individuals involved in the cinematographic area during the awards party.
1.2. Providing, through the Internet, a watching and broadcasting area for independent films production and exhibition.

2 - PLACE AND DATE OF THE AWARDS PARTY
Arraial Cine Fest On Line Awards Party will take place in Arraial d’Ajuda – Bahia at Casa Grande de São Vicente on December 5th, 2020.

3 - SUBMISSION
3.1. Films of all themes and categories finished from 2016 on and not exhibited in commercial theaters or television (commercial, government or cable TV) can be submitted. Filmmakers can submit several films and the registration will be available through a FilmFreeway banner on the festival official website www.arraialcinefest.com.br or directly on the site www.filmfreeway.com
3.2. The registration will be available from January 1st to October 31st, 2020.
3.3. All submitted films will be posted on the Festival website together with their reference materials [posters, images, technical information, awards, as well as parental rating (age range)]. Thus, sending the film link on YouTube, Vimeo, Vevo, etc. is required.

4. FILM EXHIBITION
4.1. All submitted films will be exhibited on the festival website as soon as they are submitted.
4.2. The films will be posted per category and on submission basis.

5. FILM SELECTION
5.1. Each month, the five (5) most watched films of each category will be evaluated by the Official Jury, which will be consisted of an odd number of skilled persons in the audio-visual and cinematographic areas who will select the three (3) best films in each category up to November 15, 2020.
5.2. Presenting the PEOPLE SCREEN theme, the categories are:
5.2.1. People who fight! > all kinds of films and length showing the actions of people who work for better:
* Education
* Health
* Environment
5.2.2. People who make history! > all kinds of films and length showing the actions of people who contributed to human development in:
* Brazil
* Latin America
* The World
5.2.3. People who make art! > all kinds of films and length presenting artists of:
* Music
* Dance
* Visual arts
5.2.4. People from somewhere! > all kinds of films and length showing the actions of people who work in:
* Tourism
* Gastronomy
* Architecture
5.2.5. Ordinary people! > any length fiction films in the following categories:
* Drama
* Comedy
* Thriller

5.3. The Official Jury will choose, from the list of nominated films, the best film of each category, which will be awarded with Esquina do Mundo award, exclusively created and made by the plastic artist Viviane Janczur.
