I am French Moroccan Jewish born in Casablanca Africa living in North America. When I walk out of the house everyone yells “...get him he’s everything.”
My background is in Theatre. My first love is directing stage plays. I started acting at the age of 9. I continued acting into my early 20s. At the same time I was writing plays monologues, short stories, narrative & poetry. To date I have written well over 2800 poems & I am an award winning poet. By my mid twenties I discovered directing was my first & most powerful aptitude. I rang up a long list of huge successes.
18 months ago I decided I would learn the craft of filmmaking. I co-produced the proof of concept web series “NoShit Sherlock”. I followed up being one of the producers for the hugely successful short comedy “The Film Festival” I than directed my first film “Give + Take” . I followed up with “That Scottish Play” (using a Samsung 9 Phone) now in post production as a collaborative effort directing/ producing with Brian Kennington. I am producing two more projects one in post production & the other in pre-Production but ready to start filming.
Finally I am writing directing & producing a feature film with the working title “Sometimes My Words”.
I am now fast tracking that project & will go into production in the very near future. With all the financing in place I am ready for this challenge.
This film is everything I am about & most closely represents my own style of storytelling.
