Arik London and Darryl Ellison London are independent film producers, directors, writers, editors, cinematographers, and co-founders of their production company “AL Skoke Entertainment, LLC.” They have produced and directed four films which they edited and wrote. Their second short film “Father’s Day” has participated in nine international film festivals. The most notable of these festivals include the Austin International Art Festival, San Fransisco Arthouse Short Festival, and Lily Indie Film Fest. In these festivals they have won four total awards for “Best First-time Filmmaker Short,” “Best Student Short,” “Best Short Crime/Thriller,” and “Best Short Film Screenwriter”. Their film “Father’s Day” has also participated in six additional festivals, finishing as a finalist once, and a semi-finalist twice. Their latest titles “Overtown” and “Candlesticks” have recently been completed through final production and are now entering the film festival circuit as well.
