Director Statement

'Arden Street' is my first short film that I have written, directed and produced. It was inspired by my time living in Edinburgh and the people and culture that surrounded me there. I wanted to capture something that meditated both on the power of female friendships as well as the presence of misogyny that fortifies the strength of such friendships.
