Apulgrimage to Pete Kennedy

Apulgrimage to Pete Kennedy is a short documentary about the Glasgow born, Burnley bred, protean artist and writer, Pete Kennedy.

After the publication of his latest book, O'Dork's Adventure into Nonogon, a pilgrimage is made to find Kennedy, hidden deep in Essex, on the banks of one of the county's North Sea estuaries, in his mystic's hermitage. Like the elusive Old Man of the Sea, Kennedy takes many forms and has many faces: O'Dork, O'Cinneide, Apulhed...

The film explores Kennedy's use of masks, both in his visual art and in his performances, as well as presenting revelations about his Nonogon universe.
