In this fast growing world, education has become a business for many, teaching on the other hand is a profession no one wishes to opt. Recent Covid Crisis have affected the students as well as teachers and now that the schools are commencing we need to remimagine and re structure our approach as parents, mentors, teachers , or any elderly person to not only teach but create a comfortable space where ideas are born, where changemakers are ready to face the world and this can happen only by small unusual pushes given to the children by the teachers. It's need of the hour to not only create good students but good teachers who go beyond their job profiles and identify the issues and co- create a space with students which minimizes the distance in this relationship and to help students to visualize their future clearly.
