15th edition of the International Film Festival for children and teenagers "AniFestROZAFA" on November 13-16, 2023 in Shkodra, Albania

The list of films selected for the final will be published on October 10, 2023
The International Jury of the AniFestROZAFA2023 festival will be established in cooperation with the European Children's Film Association ECFA
The evaluation of the artistic values will be done by an international jury and by a special jury consisting of 23 children aged 8-12 years.
In the selection, the winning film "ECFA Award" will be announced, which will go as a competitor to the BERLIN festival in February 2024.
Films to compete in the 14th edition of the International Film Festival for Children and Teenagers must have been produced after June 1, 2021.

The evaluation of films in the “AniFestROZAFA 2023 ” festival
1- Award for the Best Film under 6 years old, is granted to " Birds, by the Way" by Director Alla Vartayan (Russia )
2- Award for the Best Film for 7 years old, is granted to "Mause Hause" by director Timom Leder ( Slovenia)
3- Award for the Best Film for 8 years old, is granted to "The Love Sky" by director Amir Mehran ( Iran)
4- The award for the Best Film for ages 12 years old and up, is granted to "Cursed" by director Artan Maku ( Albania)
5- The award for the Best Film for ages 9 years old and up, is granted to "Mao Mao Revisits" by director Ah Long ( Malaysia)
6- The award for Best Fiction Film for ages 12 years old and up, is granted to "The Blue Rose" by director Geppi Di Stario - Davide Cincis (Italy)
7- The award for Best Fiction Film for ages 12 years old and up, is granted to "Suitcase" by director Saman Hosse in pure - Anko Zandkarimi ( Iran)
- The Best Film of the "AniFestRozafa2023" festival, is granted to "MY Toy" by director Mazen Haj Kassem (Denmark)

Emotions for the film are how to try to help people not to feel determined or bullied by others, but to give hope and motivation to change their lives. To change the colors of their world as they want, not as others want to decide for them. This animated film gives a clear message to stop bullying among children and that's why it was chosen as the best animated film by the students.
