He is an Iranian theater director and actor as well.

Director Statement

We may say that the film is about  two political writers who compete against each other .

Fazel writes political columns in newspaper and Shahin is a novelist who is not allowed to write anymore and all of his novels have been confiscated.

Fazel decided to take Shahin out of his way because of a triangle love between Fazel, Shahin and Sogol.

And he tried to justify his action with patriarchal manners in Iran society ,  but considering our fictional world or better to say in reality the main characters always hide behind minor characters, so Fazel commits the gun to a little guy named Gholam.

And Gholam took Shahin out of the way only by one shot . This film was made by the private sector and has nothing to do with government bodies.
