Andres Santiago Rios (b.1995) and he is from Puerto Rico currently based in New York City. He has worked as a camera operator & camera assistant for HBO The Jinx and short indie films. He currently is an alumni at The New York Film Academy, studying directing. Andrés focuses he's work in creating complex narratives & nonfiction films with cultures that are connected to my own upbringing.
