Andrea R. Valenzuela is a Filipino writer-director and a graduate of De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde's filmmaking program. Film is her form of expression; a means of exploring deeper topics and internal experiences. She specializes in creating stories about identity and the pursuit of passion, especially within the coming-of-age genre.

Several of her short films have been recognized locally. She directed "Ang Sakramento" which premiered in the 34th Gawad Alternatibo, "Ebanghelyo," a finalist in the Ateneo Video Open 2022, and "Alabyu 1995" which was selected for the Short+Sweet Manila Film Festival 2023.
