I'm Andie, I am currently doing my Masters in Screenwriting For Film and Television in The National Film School IADT. Frustrated with the lack of challenging female roles on offer as an actor- I decided to create my own.
My directorial debut Tallaght '94 funded by The Soil Foundation is in post production beginning it's 2025 festival run.
I'm normally found tackling issues around social injustice through the veil of comedy.
Chosen as one of 12 participants for female non binary directors on X-Pollinators CREATOR scheme has allowed me to develop as a screenwriter and director. In 2022 my short film Sparkle funded through Screen Ireland premiered at DIFF.
Recent acting credits include Louise In Claire Byrne's Ready or Not written by Lynn Ruane.
I am also currently in development with my next Feature I Do, I Do, I Do and Tv Series Exotic.
