Anastasia Olen (birth surname Ershova) was born on July 9, 1991 in Yaroslavl, Russia, and moved to Moscow in 2018. Two years later, she graduated from the screenwriting course at Svobodnoye Kino film school. Then she graduated from the director's course " Auteur of cinema" at the same film school (in 2022). Anastasia Olen is the winner of 2022 Svobodnoye Kino film school annual pitching competition.
