Robert V. Galluzzo (Director) Rob Galluzzo is a documentary filmmaker who previously made the PSYCHO retrospective film The Psycho Legacy (2010) which was released worldwide and distributed by Shout Factory in the U.S. He’s currently the Director of Acquisitions and Distribution for FANGORIA via Cinestate, and co-hosts the popular weekly horror talkshow podcast Shock Waves. Analog Love is his second feature film as a director.
To most people, I'm known as "the horror guy," because of my extensive writing, documentary, and podcast history. But music has always been such a huge part of my life, and I miss the days where handing a mix tape to someone meant more than words. I wanted to try to capture that feeling of communicating through music, which I mistakenly thought we'd lost. What I learned along the way of making this film is that the formats may have changed, but that feeling hasn't. This is my love letter to how music can bring together couples, life long best friends, fathers & their kids, and beyond. It's a film that asks every audience member, "what's your story?"
