An Open Mind
FBI agent, Liyah Justice, returns home after working with the Genocide War Crimes Unit in Darfur, Sudan to find a wave of kidnappings are plaguing her city. Black women are disappearing and no one seems to care. She makes it her mission to bring them home and take down anyone that stands in her way.

Chana Jones is a creative filmmaker and producer living in Dallas, TX. The short film An Open Mind is her latest production. She was the 1st Assistant Director for the Sci-Fi TV movie ‘I am Emma’ and produced digital media promos for FOX Television affiliate MyNet TV for three years before serving as a full-time Producer at Dallas Audio Post. Jones received her bachelor’s degree in communication from The University of Texas at Arlington before completing a postgraduate film program at Tisch School of the Arts at New York University. While attending NYU she produced and directed 4 short films as apart of the university’s Sight and Sound program.
Jones uses the platform of television and film to tell thought provoking stories that are a genuine reflection of the Black experience.
