A unique ecosystem spanning across Australia, Eucalyptus is home to thousands of animals. They have evolved alongside this super tree, combating extreme climates. As the environment becomes even tougher, the animals find themselves struggling. Although, the Eucalyptus may have found a way to combat climate change.

Director Biography - Zoe Cousins

Zoe Cousins is a zoologist as well as a filmmaker. Her studies brought a passion for educating others about nature. She brings a different style to wildlife filmmaking, concentrating not only on highlighting the unique behaviours of animals but also their conservation story.
Zoe has already had two of her short films screened at the Wildlife Film Festival Rotterdam (WFFR) during her time at the NFTS, and worked on a plethora of side films alongside her grad film ‘Among the Eucalyptus’.
Now Zoe is working on exciting projects at the BBC Natural History Unit in Bristol.
