I'm not sure how to review this festival. It was nice to receive an award, but one must pay $30. to receive an ecertificate, or if you want the physical award(medal with wet stamp), you have to pay $290 which includes shipping. I don't doubt their seriousness, but at least they shouldn't charge winners to receive the ecertificate award. It feels a little scammy. I won't submit again for these reasons.
