Director Biography - Evan Schneider

Like many great things, Hop Top Films began with a leap of faith…
Evan Schneider was a recent graduate of Boston University’s Center For Digital Imaging Arts in 2011 and was completely lost.
He began working three jobs to save enough money to purchase his first “real” camera and follow his dream of becoming a Cinematographer.
Over the last few years, Evan has created a name for Hop Top Films, producing or collaborating on over 50 indie film projects with numerous festival nominations and awards.
Today, if he’s not behind the camera, Evan can be found working in the Electrical or Sound Departments or at his computer focusing on Editing and Post-Production.
