Alyson Thompson is a black British/ Bermudian woman with over 10 years professional experience working in the film and creative industries. She discovered her love for cinematography while pursuing an MA in Media Studies at The New School, in New York City. During this time, she worked one of the cinematographers for Harry Belafonte’s feature documentary, Following Harry. Since then, she has shot multiple short films, commercials and music videos and has had the pleasure of working in the camera department for companies such as MTV, BBC, and Disney.
