Always on My Mind

In short, I’m a Los Angeles based creative director with a background that includes art direction, motion design, visual effects, editing, and sound editing, but more than anything I consider myself simply a visual storyteller. Even back when I was a kid I was always pausing and analyzing my favorite movies and paying close attention to the techniques used to create captivating moments. The often unseen details that work in harmony to create something truly compelling is what intrigued me the most and still does to this day.

After I graduated with a B.F.A. in Film and Television from Savannah College of Art and Design I became entrenched in those details by working professionally on a wide variety of projects under many hats. From unscripted shows, commercials, branded content, music videos, and ultimately feature film advertising, I learned very thoroughly that for effective visual storytelling, understanding how to manage all the creative details is everything.

Whether it be graphic design; animation; editing techniques; sound design; cinematography; visual effects; or copy writing, every detail can be used to build something remarkable across any media. It’s become my passion to create uniquely detail focused story-driven content that disrupts conventions and rewards viewers who pay close attention.
