All Things Sweet
Jodie Neilson is an expository documentary on the creative director of New Farm Confectionery, Jodie Neilson, painting an intimate portrait of where her career and passions began, how she developed her vision and aesthetic for her company, what she is most proud of and how her life has changed since. The documentary celebrates female entrepreneurism and successful leaders as she takes us on the emotional journey from the inception and creation of her dream job to where we find her now, eight years later.

Maia Jorgensen is an up and coming Canadian / Australian creative based in Brisbane, Australia. Having directed a variety of short films and documentaries, she works as a writer / director aiming to specialise in narrative film and television works. She also works within the assistant directing department. She grew up in a small town in Alberta, Canada. After a few gap years travelling and working around Canada, New Zealand and South East Asia, she moved to Australia to pursue her passion for filmmaking in 2020. In 2022, Maia graduated from a Bachelor of Film and Screen Media Production.
Maia is passionate about on-screen representation, specifically bringing female voices and stories to screen. She is always excited to develop her skills as a creative and continue learning from those around her.
