In this documentary, I explore the complicated relationship between my father and me after a health scare changed his life. Obsessed with health, my father adopted an extreme organic
lifestyle, isolating himself to strictly control his diet and daily habits. He tried to push these strict routines on me, even though I already lived a fairly healthy life, which only widened the gap
between us. Through self-reflection and honest conversations, I try to understand the reasons behind his obsession. I realize that, while my choices seem normal by most people's standards, they still don’t meet his high expectations. As we both struggle with our different views on health, the film highlights the challenges of family dynamics and how fear can deeply influence personal choices
