Pryakhin Alexei Jurevich was born in Leningrad in 1985.

Filmography
2013: the first short film “My Breakfast”. In 2014 the film was chosen to the competitive programme of the International film festival “Kinolikbez” and won the prize “Silver Jean-Luc”.
2014: the second short film “The Scissors”, made in the spirit of “shot”, symbolically marking the problem of reproduction of home violence. The first night took place in the cinema of the library “In Stremyannaya” in the spring of 2015. The same year the film was chosen to the competitive programme of the International film festival “Kinolikbez”.
2015: Experimental non-fiction film-reflexion of the modern situation in the genre cinematography made according to the esthetics of minimalism “SGF – The Shortest Genius Film” (pentalogy+superfilm)”. The film was chosen to the competitive programme of the International film festival “Kinolikbez” and won the prize “Silver Jean-Luc”.
2016: philosophical drama “Etude #8”. The structure of the work was formed under the influence of the dilogy of Wilgott Scheman “I wonder…” and a little bit of Benjamen Christensen’s film “The Witches”. The idea of the film is dedicated on the one hand to the problems of correlation of life and cinematography and the person and the system on the other. The first night took place in June 2016 in the House of Cinematography in St. Petersburg. Currently the film has got the prize for the best cameraman work at the Samara film festival 70/30, the prize “Silver Jean Luc” at the festival “Kinolikbez 7” in St. Petersburg, Special award "For madness" at the Izhevsk film festival, has been chosen to the competitive programme of the film festival “St. Anna” (Moscow), "Koroche” (Kaliningrad), “KiTi” (Ukraine) and other.
2017-2018: Humans like animals
