Anup, Daniela and Sarwan have different religions and different dreams, however, their goal is the same: to raise money to give their families a more prosperous life. They leave their homelands in this incessant search that takes them through several countries in the immensity of a world that almost swallows them, until their arrival in this Alentejo that welcomes them and with which they have learned to identify. A Portuguese family left Angola in 74 and the story of one of their descendants falls in this Alentejo that was also named after her.
