I grew up with a VHS camera, a gift from my grandmother and grandfather, and from an early age, I found myself captivated by the magic of storytelling. By the time I was four or five, I was already sitting in dark cinemas, mesmerized by films like Pirates of the Caribbean and Spider-Man, unaware that these moments would shape my future. My love for film only grew stronger over the years, and eventually, I made the bold decision to drop out of high school to chase the dream that had been with me since childhood.
Now, nine years later, I’m finally taking that dream seriously. Because what is life if not about pursuing the dreams we had when we were eight? After spending four to five years as a festival organizer in Copenhagen—bringing international artists like Skepta, Wizkid, Ne-Yo, Morten, Steve Aoki, Tiësto, Steve Angello, Burna Boy, and many more to the stage—it’s time to focus on what has always been my true passion: crafting stories for the big screen.
