Hello!

My name is Aidan and I dream of one day writing and directing feature films.

I first started making movies when I was about 5 or 6 years old using my dads camera to make films with my family. I was initially inspired by films like Jurassic Park, Godzilla and the original Star Wars trilogy.

One seminal film making moment for me was making a detective film, where I just played the lead detective, with all my cousins from my mom's side of the family. It took 4 years to make and many of us went through puberty during production, and it showed in the final film, but seeing it complete caused a shift in me. Seeing the last four years of goofing around with my cousins in silly costumes while the eldest recorded and gave us direction somehow turned into a cohesive film.

I continued to make many more films periodically with friends, family, and even by myself both for fun and even for school. When Covid-19 hit, my life took a pause and when it resumed it took me a bit of exploring both mentally and physically to rediscover what my true passion was.

The moment of rediscovery came when I was working as a janitor for a movie theater and having this desire to be the one who makes films that play in theaters rather than the one who cleans up the audiences mess.

So I've returned to school and am currently pursuing a film degree and hoping that I can fulfill my dreams of making movies!
