Director Biography - Rafael Rodriguez

Completed a BS in 1979. A degree in medicine in 1983 from the University of 🇵🇷 School of medicine. A specialty in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1987 at the University District Hospital at Rio Piedras. Has been into photography since 1972.
