The U.S. Department of Defense had the BIA and the San Carlos Apache Reservation sign off on a hydrology test that would allow them to spray for unwanted pests to create maximum runoff of water fifty years ago, unknown to the people they were spraying gallons of Agent Orange and other herbicides on trees and vegetation from Globe, Arizona to Bylas covering the entirety of what is left of the Chiricahua Apache Reservation.
